The Tanto blade style was revolutionized with this Executive knife.

We developed a Tanto blade style knife that was stronger, titanium black washed, reinforced the G10 grip and added lubricated swivel mechanism to make it's deployment, lightening fast...

It's a legal switchblade of sorts.

And it still displays all the capabilities of what the Tanto blade style was created for...

Slicing, cutting, stabbing, and close quarter defense.

We did something similar with the Voyager.

The Voyager is a Drop Point style blade quite similar to the original Drop Point blade.

The original was invented in 1948 by Bob Loveless and looked like this...
The original drop point blade was built for 3 things...

STRENGTH: The robust construction and gradual slope of the spine make drop point blades strong and durable, able to withstand heavy use. The drop point design also provides a strong tip that's less likely to break or snap under pressure. 

VERSATILITY: Drop point blades are suitable for a wide range of applications, including hunting, camping, survival, and everyday tasks. For example, the broad tip is ideal for skinning game, while the curved edge is perfect for slicing and chopping. They can also be used for general-purpose tasks like slicing through rope, opening packages, and cutting food. 

CONTROL:  The gradual curve on the spine and the relatively broad blade profile provide excellent control during use, making drop point knives ideal for detailed cutting tasks like carving, whittling, and fine work.

We increased the blade strength...
We made the blade from K110/D2 steel.  This steel is used in machines that cut knives out of a mold and sharpen knives of all kinds. We added a Titanium nitrite wash making it even stronger and weather proof.  It hold its edge and remains razor sharp in any situation. Harvest tinder from rock hard trees in a few quick swoops, or thinly slice tomatoes, and filet freshly caught fish by a crackling campfire.


We increased it's function & versatility...
Just like the original 1948 Drop Point knife, not only does it easily handle every indoor and outdoor task with precision...  We also cut the weight in half by making it a half tang folding blade and added our quick swivel deployment technology.

This drops the visual "finger print," of your knife when you carry it in crowded areas.

Plus the lock-in ball bearing swivel makes it  nearly as strong as a full tang with half the weight pressure.


We took control to a new level...
The Voyager has all the control of the original Drop Point style blade with impactful additions:

"Snake Skin," G-10 handle:  This handle is G10 woven fiberglass making it feather light.  It is snake skin patterned to feel silky smooth but when gripped for hard work gives yot the perfect friction to keep your hand from slipping.

Ricasso Notch & Bottom Finger Jimping: We placed the Ricasso Notch directly into the G-10 handle under the cross guard for the perfect grip.  We also add finger jimping at the bottom end over the D2 blade for  all intricate and precision cutting.
Optimal Weight Balance: It takes time & skill to balance a knife properly.  To balance a half tang folding knife to the point where it can be used as a throwing knife is nearly impossible.

I SAID NEARLY.
